Sean Ross – President

Sean Ross - PresidentDuties include developing client relationships, composing and reviewing proposals and estimates, ensuring quality control, and overall operations management.

Sean Ross developed leadership skills in the United States Marine Corps. He added to his leadership and management skills while participating in large scale projects such as the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, NC Nucor Steel plant, Palm Beach International Airport Exchange, and a 125 unit historical building revitalization.

At the age of twenty-nine, Sean developed his first construction related company and grew it from the ground up to over 25 full time employees. This company focused on the finishes of high-end estates on the shores of Palm Beach and Broward counties. He then merged his firm with a large construction group whose gross was over $40 million a year. Under his continued management, the division grew to 50 full time employees.

In 2007, Mr. Ross developed Aptcon and has successfully grown though the economic downturn. He completed a construction management project for a Charter School for grades K-8, and he has assisted in the completion of several other multi-million dollar commercial projects.

Mr. Ross sits on the Village Green Conservancy board and the Cashiers Community Planning Council.

 

Stephanie Ross – Chief Financial Officer

Stephanie Ross - Chief Financial OfficerDuties include office and finance manager, and customer service.

Stephanie Ross started in 1995 as General Manager of a highly successful entertainment facility, where she handled the overall business and day to day operations, working hands on with customers and managing up to 30 employees. Stephanie continued on to own and operate other entertainment facilities as well as franchise retail, until selling in May 2011. These facilities continue to be profitable.

During her years in the entertainment business, Stephanie has had a wide range of financial responsibilities, including bookkeeping, budgets, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, balance sheets and P&L’s.

Stephanie made the move to join the Aptcon team in June 2011 and looks forward to contributing to Aptcon’s success.

 

Brad Johnson – Project Manager

Brad Johnson - Chief EstimatorDuties include expanding the current client base, reviewing plans and specifications, developing detailed cost estimates and proposals of prospective projects, scheduling and field management and quality control.

Brad Johnson graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. While in college, he received training and knowledge of new construction technologies such as computer estimating and scheduling software, gained experience in the field, and became familiar with the project management processes.

Brad’s enthusiasm and energy is refreshing and exciting, and we are pleased to have him as a part of our team here at Aptcon.

 

Adam Merrill – Chief Estimator

Adam Merrill - Chief EstimatorDuties include expanding the current client base, reviewing plans and specifications, scheduling, and developing detailed cost estimates and proposals for prospective projects.

Adam has over 15 years experience in the residential construction industry. After earning his degree in architectural technology, he worked in Lake Toxaway, Asheville, and Black Mountain gaining design, estimating/purchasing, and project management experience in custom home building. He most recently worked with a national home builder where he expanded his business and management experience managing multiple projects in 15 states.

Adam is the newest member to our team here at Aptcon and is devoted to our continued success.
